A small e-mail program for System 7. Make sure to turn on program linking on all macs you install this program on! Messages are limited to no more than 200 characters. For some more info, see the program itself.
This software is POSTCARDWARE! If you use it, send the author a postcard to say "Hi!", remembering to state that it's "SimpleMail Lite 1.2.0" that you are using. For distribution information, see the program itself.

SimpleMail will now run "in background" i.e. you no longer need to have the SimpleMail stack at the front and open to send and receive mail. The menu will be present in all stacks unless "Reset menubar" is executed. If the menu does disappear, typing "SimpleMail" in the message box and pressing return should make it reappear.
You can no longer send messages to yourself. Why would you want to?
You can get a quick anlysis of all the other users on your network to see if they are using SimpleMail, and if they are, what version. Interesting, eh?
